Create Backup

Generates a monolithic .json file containing:

• User Accounts & Passwords (Hashed)
• Service Configurations (Env vars, Image names)
• Network & Port Mappings
• Domain Rules

Note: This does NOT backup the actual volume data (database contents, files), only the configuration. You should backup persistent volumes separately using the File Manager or external tools.

Restore Process

1. Upload: Select your .json backup file.
2. Preview: The system parses the file and shows a summary of what will be changed. It warns about conflicts.
3. Execute: Upon confirmation, the system wipes current configurations and applies the backup state.
